His name is Peter.
He lived in my mum's house for about a year, he did horrible things & she just let it go on, she was blind.
He had a dog called Muttly, he was a horrible JackRustle with 3 legs. When ever there was a cat in my garden he would shout to his dog "Muttly CATS!" & the dog would run outside & chase the animal off, he was even caught by my mum doing it when my cat (Cheeky) was outside. He was sure my mum was cheating on him so he would constantly stalk her when she's out with friends & even read her emails & then mark them as "Un-read" He even read all my mum's diarys from when she was a child.

He diden't like what he read in her diarys so he burned all her diarys. She discoverd them by going into the kitchen with Pete there, she said "Whats that burning!?" He just mumbled, then as my mum went into the garden, on the concrete there was a burning metal bowl, (Pete had already ran upstairs & off to the pub by then) so my mum got the hose & extinguished the blaze & saw that they where her diarys.

He then re-enterd the house & my mum had already phoned the Police, they came over & arrested him, he was constantly shouting "She's mad!" then "Cunt, cunt, cunt, cuntcunt, cunt," as he was pushed into the back of the Police vehicle.

We where going to go to court in a thew months (Takes a while for these things to get booked) but she then took him back. My own mother went back out with a man that burned all the memorys of her childhood. He was very forcefull towards me & my sister & I think was a peedophile. My mum diden't break up with him though, despite what a shit he was being. My mum then went down into the kitchen at 02:00am & Pete was reading one of her recent diarys, she then said "You are so fucking un-beleavable!" & he then left the house.

A thew weeks later it was time to go to court, but it turned out we didn't have much of a deffence because my mum took him back, So we called off the court before it started.

A thew weeks earlier during the time of Pete, my sister said something which made me question to my mum what happend to my cat (Because y cat (Cheeky) had been missing for a very long time by this point, he was missing during the period that my mum was with Pete), she confessed & told me that Pete told Steve a secret 2 days ago in a pub. Pete then came home & said "Did Steve tell you a secret!?" my mum said "No, What?" Then he said "Oh nothing, Steve's gone up in my estimations... " (Because Steve has been known to lie).

My mum then met up with Steve in a pub & said "So I hear you've gone up in Pete's estimations because you kept that secret" & Steve said "WHAT!? I thought he told you!" So Steve told my mom the secret.

So my mum told me that my cat had died 6 months ago, & the secret that Pete told Steve who told my mum was that my cat was coverd in blood, most likely; His dog killed my cat.

When Pete discoverd the body in the basement he quikely put a towel over him & said to my mum (2 days before Christmas he was discoverd) "Don't come down" To which she replied "Why!? What is it!?" & he replied "Its Cheeky"
The next day they burried him, it was 6 months after they discoverd him dead that my mum told me he was dead & even then it was my sister accidently discovering it in my mum's email & saying stuff to me that made me question my mum.

I hate this man & I'm using the deffinition "Hate" correctly. I am a special needs ASD kid with traces of being a phycopath, but I have to do something to this man because the court did nothing, there was NO justuce, I have to do this. Its a very strong bloodthursty urg I have to kill him.

What should I do?

Well, first off the court isn't at fault your mom is. If this man is as bad as you say then your mom needs to be the one to end it. Even though this guy may have done things that may not seem right to you he in no means deserves death. it seems you all just need some expert help.

Pete is my mum's Ex meaning they've already broken up.

Get a mature sounding girl friend to leave a few messages on the phone. Ask a friend's older sister if you have to, cause you don't want someone that sounds younger than 30. She also needs to be fairly good at acting. You're going to make it sound like he's cheating on your mom. Even with just one call, your mom will be SO suspicious, but do it a few times and she'll flip.

If Pete has a certain night that he 'goes out with some friends', have her say something like "Sorry my phone's all messed up and your work number got erased. I know your roommate works nights and needs sleep (an excuse Pete made up so she wouldn't call the house) and I'm so sorry if I woke him up. I'm kind of busy Friday night (the night he's usually out), so can we maybe make it next Monday? Call me back sweetie, I love you." If he doesn't have a certain night, use whatever night he was last out really late.

Then your mom will hear the message and flip out, and he'll be so surprised by it that he'll get all nervous and confused and sound like he's lying. Make sure you're there at some point, act like you heard the whole conversation, and just say something like "God you're a dick.", something that's a little unusual for you to say, but not outlandish, and that you'd possibly say if you really heard that sort of conversation, and then right after saying it just make a quick one or two second look at them and walk into your room. You won't be accused of pulling the prank at all.

Then next week sometime, have her call again to say something like "Sorry to call your house again. Sorry Allen (or some made up roommate name), I won't call again I swear, but I forgot to get Pete's number again. Next time we meet Pete you need to give me your number. So um, we haven't seen each other in a while, are we going to get together this week? Call me soon. I love you bye."

More carnage ensues. Last time it could have been a wrong number, and Pete will say it was, but this time she said his name. Your mom will be PISSED, and there's no way she won't be suspicious. But then one more final blow to finish him off:

(Whoever you pick to say this needs to be a good actor for this to work)
"Hi it's me again. Um, I don't really know what's going on between us. We haven't even seen each other for almost two weeks. I mean we talked, but, I don't know... (pause for 2 or 3 seconds) I'm just overreacting I know. I'm sorry. Call me later tonight okay? I love you Pete. (Pause for 2 or 3 seconds before hanging up).

He stands no chance getting out of it. He'll still be saying how he doesn't know who that could possibly be, and she won't believe a word of it. He'll be so confused he won't be able to get the right words out and everything.

If he still isn't out of the house, continue until he is. THEN, for good measure, a few weeks after he's out of the house, have her call one last time late at night, when Allen (or whoever the roommate is) would normally be awake and at work, and when the call wakes up your mom, she'll be super pissed when she hears "Hi Allen, this is (insert name here), can you get me Pete's new number as soon as you can. I kind of need it soon. Thanks, bye." But if your mom answers the phone (and lets hope she does), say something like "Oh, um... (surprised that it's a women), is Allen there? I really need Pete's new number." And when your mom tells her off and raises hell at the phone, just have the girl pause for a few seconds and hang up.

Mission accomplished, no more Pete.

Also PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE try this. I just spent like an hour thinking of it and everything, and I want to know how it turns out.

now you don't have to kill the man, just go for his dog, like he went for your cat. Also, if you kill him, you can't make him suffer, ya know, like the eye drops in his drinks and when he's late for work, make sure his keys are missing and shit like that, that could get him in trouble, without forcing yourself to make such a drastic decision such as, "Will tonight be Pete's last night to live?" and "what should i use a knife or a gun?" That is not something you need to think about... murder should not be an option in this case, it could ruin your life and the lives of your family members. Remember, wasting your life to get rid of one prick does not mean that he will be the last prick you will ever meet.
